Mobile Content Handler

MCH, smartmachine’s Mobile Content Handler, acts as a flexible platform for delivering all types of mobile content to defined groups of recipients. It can be easily connected to ticketing systems, CRM databases, e-marketing applications, newsletter tools and any other solution incorporating personalised client data, especially mobile phone numbers, making a person addressable the mobile way.

Mobile content can be sent via MCH containing all relevant ticket information in a 2-dimensional barcode, vouchers, picture or plain text messages to a pre-selected customer group or if requested directly by the guest or client via keyword, web shop, call centre or box office.

Secure and flexible, the encrypted http interface sends up to 300,000 SMS tickets per hour. Barcode tickets can be delivered as SMS, MMS, e-mail, depending on support of the mobile phone model or the request of the client.
