Just a brief description of delivery types....

• smartSMS- The original way of delivering Mobile Tickets, also known as binary SMS. Requires information on the handset used by the recipient.
• smartMMS- Especially for combining text and graphics, e.g. sponsor logos, ideal for delivery ticket and event information in a multimedia format. Flexible design of the layout and almost no limitation on text (up to 1000 characters without extra cost). Validation can be done with standard.
• smartLINK- Especially for the growing number of handsets with web access, the amount of content provided physically (via text or multimedia message) can be limited, by sending a SMS with text information and a link to the actual ticket or coupon, which is generated instantly on servers hosted by smartmachine when activated by the recipient.
• smartLET & smartAPP- Also designed for the growing number of users of web-enabled phones, smartmachine has developed „Mobile Ticket Viewer“. Currently available for JAVA-supported handsets, one click will be sufficient for loading tickets to the phone and storing them offline. Enhanced usability compared to SMS or MMS (e.g. all tickets / coupons at one place), security (forwarding, linking of download to certain phone number) and reading quality (size of barcode, constant display backlight).
