smartmachine and Gateway Ticketing sign sales agreement
smartmachine has officially signed on as a Value Added Reseller with Gateway Ticketing Systems to serve the attractions market in Germany, Switzerland and Austria
In addition to the integration of the mobile ticketing solution with Gateway Ticketing’s Galaxy solution suite, smartmachine is also acting as preferred supplier of Mobile Services for the industry leader in Revenue Management Systems.
The position as Value Added Reseller now allows smartmachine to combine its core portfolio with the over 20 years of industry expertise bundled into Galaxy. Smartmachine will act as sales representative and first level support. With the approach of delivering both tools - Revenue Management and the ability to interact with guests via the mobile channel, not only enabling ticket order from and delivery to the phone -, the partners create unique values for attractions and amusement facilities.
